Food Nutrition and BTEC students went to Brown Cheese in Limuru on Wednesday 5th February. They got an opportunity to make cheese and use it to make their own pizzas which they had for lunch. They also got an opportunity to visit the store where all types of cheese are kept. here they got a glimpse of how cheese is stored and also saw a variety of cheese. One interesting one was the black cheese which is truly Kenyan developed from the idea of mursik.
