MATHEMATICS - INTERNATIONAL MATHEMATICS DAY (PI DAY)

Monday 14th March 2022 was International Mathematics day (Pi day 3.14). The students together with the friends they had brought to school celebrated the day in style during their Math lessons by doing an inter-house Math treasure hunt using QR codes. They had to search for the QR codes that were hidden in different places within the school compound, scan them using I-pads and answer the Math question on each code.
The winners were as follows: Year 7-Fire house, Year 8-Earth house, Year 9- Water house, Year 10- Earth house, Year 11-Water house. Well done to all the students & Math teachers for making another memory in the department and happy Pi day to all. Below are some of the photos to commemorate the day:
