Children Interactions in Early Years

20th January 2024

Interactions in the early years of children's lives in school play a crucial role in their overall development. During this period, children engage in various social interactions with their peers, teachers and other adults in the school environment. These interactions help children develop important social and emotional skills, language and communication abilities, and cognitive abilities.

At BTH Early Years, children learn to navigate social situations, share and take turns, cooperate with others, and develop empathy and understanding towards their peers. They also learn to express their thoughts and feelings, ask questions, and engage in conversations with their teachers and classmates.

These interactions provide opportunities for children to develop their language skills, expand their vocabulary, and enhance their communication abilities. Through planned and purposeful conversations and discussions with their peers and teachers, children at BTH EY learn to express themselves, listen to others, and understand different perspectives.

We engage children in collaborative activities, group projects, and problem-solving tasks to enable them to think critically, develop problem-solving skills, and enhance their creativity.

Overall, interactions in the early years of children's lives in school are essential for their social, emotional, linguistic, and cognitive development. These interactions provide a foundation for their future academic success and overall well-being as they develop into confident individuals who are enjoying success
