Braeburn Mega Scouts Camp

From left > Aaron Kasura, Jean Claude, Gerald Kamau and Jasmine Lloyd attended this annual event. They actively engaged in all the activities and took up leadership roles as they were among the Chipukizi scouts in attendance. They worked towards earning badges in scouting skills where they learned how to tie and use scouting knots, light a stove, refreshed their First Aid skills and participated in a hike. Whilst working in different groups, the scouts built their own shelters for the second night and made their own dinner. Using camp stoves really tested their patience as they take longer to cook. On Saturday morning, they participated in rope activities that led to achieving the Athlete badge. The four scouts bravely went through the colobus leap, zip line and screamer.
