Artist Appreciation Takes Centre Stage: Year 10 and 11 Yegonizer Art Workshop

13th September 2025

Diversity is shown and appreciated when you are able to provide opportunities for accommodating and gaining knowledge from different people who practice in your interested field. So there was a refreshing break from the normal class environment and instruction when the BTH Art and Design Department organised a vibrant painting and modelling Art workshop exclusively for the candidate classes on 11th September, 2025. The workshop aimed to offer students an opportunity to unwind, express themselves artistically, and develop new skills amid their coursework preparations as they interact one on one with the painter.

Led by renowned artist Yegoniser, the session introduced students to a different art style of painting, for example acrylics’ colour on colour techniques and clay sculpting. The hands-on experience allowed participants to experiment and explore with colour, tools and expression under professional guidance. The students were so amazed at the experience and the fact they could use him as an artist for study in their coursework.
