With more than three decades in teaching, Margaret has developed an unwavering commitment to student achievement and educational innovation. In her role as Deputy Head, she provides strategic leadership and operational oversight while remaining actively involved in curriculum development and academic excellence.

Margaret believes in creating dynamic, engaging learning environments that transform education into an active experience for students of all abilities. She values innovative instructional approaches that promote critical thinking skills, preparing students for lifelong learning and success.

As the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL), she is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment where all learners can thrive.
